Katsura Onoe

Katsura’s design philosophy finds its roots in Zen with her admiring the traditional Japanese crafts, in addition, she approaches each project with her knowledge of the international design of the U.S, and the U.K.

She has both of background as an Architect and an Interior Designer. She worked as a designer at an architectural and renovation design office in Japan for many years. She had a diverse range of clients both commercial and private projects. She also absorbed the knowledge of the American modern house, interior design, art, and culture in the U.S. after she moved to San Francisco. During the time, she also studied sophisticated interior design in the U.K.

She always listens to her clients then undertaking how design and space can make their lives more beautiful and comfortable with the latest trend design in the world, the traditional Japanese crafts, American modern design, and the interior theory learned in London.
